Unable to delete staging site.

    After trialling the service, I decided not to continue with it, but I keep getting this error:

    ‘We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site.’

    It’s been weeks. Any ideas? Thanks.

    To delete your site, we first need to downgrade it to the free plan. This process will delete all of your site’s data, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
