Unable to delete wordpress site

  Hi there!

  I have been attempting to delete my wordpress site (greenmancares.wordpress.com) but I am receiving a message that I still have an active ‘Premium Active Upgrade’. I followed the link to see the different products but I can not find where to delete these so-called ‘Premium Active Upgrade’.

  At your earliest convenience, can you assist me with deleting my current wordpress site?

  If you purchased a Premium theme or have an upgrade, that needs to be removed first. I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance.

  If you don’t see the upgrade, perhaps you need to be logged in with a different username account.

  Hi there,

  You have the theme, Business Identity, on your site. This is a $175 premium theme which you’ve not even owned a full year yet. It’s not possible for me to refund it any more, and if I cancel it you’ll need to buy it again if you ever want to use it for a different site.

  Please confirm if you want me to remove that theme.
