Unable to disable Jetpack email notifications

  Jetpack sending mails despite turning it off, any solutions? My website is digitalphablet.com

  Despite disabling the feature, whenever i am uploading any article on digitalphablet.com, it is sending the notification. And also, i can’t remove the followers.
