Unable to display images that are uploaded as files

  I’ve been blogging since March 2014 and haven’t had any major issues. Recently I discovered that file images uploaded from my “Media” do not appear on the page. Instead they are replaced by the blue question marks. When I upload images via direct URL links however, they appear. I’ve tried resetting my cache and cookies. I’m not really sure where to go from here. Here is the ‘index case’ blog page:

  just to clarify, the blog I need help with is thethinkersgarden.com page, not mindcircumvolutions–an earlier account.

  Also, whenever I click on the blue question marks this answer appears: “We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetched”

  http://www.thethinkersgarden.com/ is not a wordpress.com site. Find out the difference between wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You should be able to get some help over at wordpress.org.
