Unable to display Jetpack dashboard

I currently have 2 issues with Jetpack.
For the past few days I’m receiving an email to say that Jetpack was unable to create a backup. I do have a WiFi connection.
Also, on my site, I get a message that Jetpack is unable to display the dashboard.
What should I do?WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No

You may need help with Jetpack plugin!
Can you please contact Jetpack support about this via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you have a paid plan, or https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/ if you do not.

I do have a paid plan and have requested help from Jetpack support. I’ve just had a response and they have suggested I seek help from my web host, which I will do. Thank you for your response.
