unable to do a new post

  first of all I should make it clear that I have 2 wordpress.com blog
  1. https://abhilekh.wordpress.com/
  2. https://abhisheksingh19.wordpress.com/
  I can login to my both blogs and I can make a new post in my 2nd blog ( https://abhisheksingh19.wordpress.com/)
  but I could not post from my first blog
  when I login to my 1st blog and click on new post same screen appears and nothing happens please guide me what to do and how

  The sites in question are owned by another WordPress.com user, not abhilekh.

  If you’re having an issue, please try clearing your browser’s cache:

  Also, when posting regarding these sites, make sure that you’re logged into WordPress.com as the correct user.
