unable to do any updates or upgrades on my site whatsoever

  My dashboard says i have 14 updates, i need to upgade my wordpress version and my themes and i try to update anything and it just times out, says my settings are wrong, and im unable to do any updates or upgrades on my site whatsoever

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
