Unable to downgrade plan

    Hi, I am converting my previous website to the free plan. However, I can’t launch it, can you advise please?

    The site used to have the woocommerce plan and we do not have any e-commerce items now so we would like to revert it back to the free plan. We are aware the themes and plugins will be gone and we are fine with that.
