Unable to download premium theme to desktop

We have purchased the “soundcheck” theme and we are unable to download it to the desktop. Should this be an option?

Premium themes sold by WordPress.COM are licensed, adapted to run on our multiuser software and are available for use only on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
A premium theme upgrade applies to single blog for the lifetime of the blog while hosted by WordPress.COM. Purchasing a premium theme for a single blog (there are no bulk use on multiple site deals) does not equate to purchasing a premium upgrade, and the premium upgrade does not include any premium themes.

Note: Premium Themes that are licensed for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
Then contact the theme designer directly to purchase a version of the theme for WordPress.ORG software.
