Unable to Download Profile Photo in Gravatar

  I am not that cyber-savvy but I will send this request out yet again. My URL is adrianafaithdotme.wordpress.com and my Gravatar is my e-mail address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). It has been pointed out to me that this discrepancy is why I can’t download a photo on Gravatar. The words cache & cookies were thrown out and could have helped a knowledgeable person; in my case I managed to delete some photos from the hard-drive. Is there anyone out there who can direct a Luddite on a course of action; this is important to me. But I get confused….(Note: a friend set up my blog…all I’ve had to do is type & hit Publish.)
