Unable to Edit

  Hi – I haven’t been able to edit several posts in the rough draft stage since this morning. (This has been happening on and off for the last week or so, but today’s been the longest outage.)

  I’m sorry to hear that. Can you let me know exactly what happens when you try to edit one of your posts?

  Could you also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?

  I think clearing cache/cookies seems to have done the trick. But just in case others are having a similar problem:

  I was able to create a new post, write and format text, insert links, and assign categories. But I couldn’t upload images or assign tags, and once I clicked “Save draft,” I was taken back to the Posts window and not able to get back into the post. (The browser would time out and suggest that the server was too busy.)
