Unable to edit colors

Hello Everyone!
I’ve recently experienced this bug while building my site and wanted to know if some of you’d had a similar problem and would be able to help me.
The first thing I had to do when building my site was adding the Multisite option. My clients had to be able to manage 3 sites on a network, two of them being from the same domain and one from another one. For this I had to add a Domain Map plugin. This I did and everything worked correctly.
Today I started editing the main site of the network, but when I started making changes to the theme I noticed I wasn’t able to change my primary colors or even add links or Type to my site.
I googled it and it first said to see if any of the plugins installed were making some kind of overlapping, but nothing changed. Also tried removing the cache, and nothing happened either.
I want to say that I’m not a programmer just a designer, so it’s probably just a dumb bug that can be easily fixed but since my problem solving knowledge is limited on code, I wanted to see if any of you guys were able to notice where it’s coming from. :)
