Unable to edit Hestia theme

  We are not allowed to click configure edit hestia themes we don’t know about anything but we’ve tried everything and don’t allow it
  we press and nothing happens why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I noticed that your site is not hosted on a WordPress.com server and was built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies and we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere.
