unable to edit links in float bar – reported as a bug in WordPress.com
-
When trying to edit link in posts, I can’t click the edit button and can’t get to edit the link. I edit in Hebrew, and I didn’t see other reports about it here so I guess it is an RTL problem.
Checking with WordPress friends, I learned this was reported as a bug in WordPress.org:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unable-to-click-buttons-on-the-floating-toolbars-in-chrome-61/
It is an RTL issue, in google chrome only.
It seems there is a fix for the bug in a beta version.
Please note and include the fix in WordPress.com .

@maayanale to clarify, do you only see it in wp-admin, or do you also see it at wordpress.com/post too?
-
@supernovia I see the problem in both editors.
I noticed it when trying to edit links, but the person who reported the bug noticed it happens with float menus in general.
Thanks -
Thanks @maayanale. I’ve filed an issue for the one at wordpress.com/post and mentioned both issues to our team.
