Unable to edit my blogs

I have found it impossible within the past 24 hours to edit my WordPress Blogs. I can view them in HTML only, but without the “Kitchen Sink” being present on the Tool Bar. Is this a server problem, or is there a limit to the number of Blogs you can have?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please check here to make sure that the option of using the visual editor has not bee disabled > Users > Your Profile and look for this:

Is this a server problem, or is there a limit to the number of Blogs you can have?
There is not limit to the number of free hosted wordpress.com blogs you can have. the unique identifier is the email address you use to register them. All blogs registered under the same email address will appear in the drop down menu found on the navigation bar.
At this point in time we do not know what the problem is. That’s why I asked you to make sure the use of the visual editor has not been disabled. If it has not been disabled then we need you to provide further details:
(1) What browser and version of it you are using.
(2) Whether or not you have employed these troubleshooting techniques and what the results were when you did so. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
(3) Has your computer had a recent update to anti-virus and/or security programs?
(4) Has your operating system been recently updated?
