Unable to Edit Page

  Hi there,
  I’m trying to edit my homepage but I keep getting the error message ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this item.’ How can I fix this error?

  Hi @ssachiwrites8910, it looks like your front page is set up as a blog page.

  If you want to edit the front page directly, I’d recommend adding a page here:
  https://wordpress.com/page

  You can pick a template if you’d like, or start blank, and make whatever changes you need. Once it’s published, you can make it the front page with these steps:
