  Hello :)

  I need some help with my website. I keep getting ” Pelase check your primary sites Jetpack connection” and i cant seem to even check this. Any help is much appreciated as I really need to get back into my site and finish it and launch it. Thank you in advance, Amy

  Strangely I can work on in in Safari but still having this issue in Google Chrome

  Hey there,

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  I’m not getting that message when looking at the site and in WP Admin, so I suspect that the Chrome browser has potentially cached something it shouldn’t have.

  The fact it works on Safari and not Chrome, also suggests this.

  I’ve cleared the site cache for good measure – but may I ask you to clear the browser cache for Chrome also please. (https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache) and let me know if this returns for everything to be as it should please.
