unable to edit pages

    As of last week, I am unable to edit pages on our site. I can upload events and edit other parts of the site, but not pages. This is new. None of the other admin logins can edit pages either. When I click on a page to edit from the Dashboard, I’m redirected to a blank screen. Help?

    Hi asiirila2014,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com. What is the address of the one you need help with?

    If you are using WordPress.org software with another host and used Jetpack to manage the site through your WordPress.com account, that connection is no longer working — please deactivate and delete the Jetpack plugin and then reinstall, reactivate and reconnect.

    If that doesn’t help, please contact Jetpack support for further help with troubleshooting with the connection.
