Unable to Edit Photos

On both Media and whilst editing posts it won’t let me edit images. If I click Edit Image a dialogue that says ‘Sorry, there was a problem loading the image. Please close this editor and try selecting the image again.’ appears – but doing this does nothing. This happens on different computers as well. A few days ago there wasn’t any problems with cropping them.

Oh! ellenscottfilm.wordpress.com is marked public, which is a requirement for the image editing tools to work. I tested the image editor through your account and it is working without any issues from my side — I’m able to crop an image.
Are you only seeing this error on certain posts/images? If so, can you send a link to the one you are having trouble with?
This happens on different computers as well.
Was the other computer on the same network? Could you also try using a different browser to see whether that makes a difference? This will help us rule out whether there is an issue with one in particular.
Just let me know and we can go from there.
