Unable to Edit Pictures In Post

While in my dashboard, I’m putting pictures into the post I’m creating. However, if I drag them to be between certain lines of text as I usually do, it doesn’t work. Instead of being dragged to a new location within the post, the image is being resized. Also, the icon that allows you to edit the picture in the post isn’t working no matter how I click on it. Usually if the picture is highlighted, clicking on the icon on the top-left corner allows me to edit dimensions, links, alignment, et cetera…
Is anyone else having this problem or did I mess up some settings somewhere on my blog?

For now the only solution seems to be to use Firefox or try the suggestion given by duiblotter in that thread (hasn’t worked for me).
