Unable to edit profile / Redirection loop in dashboard

  I registered new here (just a user name – no blog) and wanted to edit my profile, but it didn’t work. By clicking on the button I should be redirected to
  http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/profile.php

  But then I got I the same error like here:
  http://orangescale.net/log/2008/10/wordpress-troubleshooting-wordpress-admin-area-dashboard-redirect-loop/

  I got this error with all browsers (Firefox, Opera, Chromium). What’s the problem?

  yes it seems there is a big problem. Plugins as WordPress stats have an infinite loop to the blog ! It is impossible to make identification on WordPress.com

  I have a related question. I have been trying to update the about me section in my profile but it won’t update. there are no error messages it just won’t save my location and about me sections.
