  Our site is uneditable ever since our IP address was blocked. We cannot access the back-end editor via http://www.crossroadsmission.org/wp-admin

  Please respond back so that we can give you our IP address that was blacklisted / blocked. Our credentials to sign into http://www.crossroadsmission.org/wp-admin are correct and we are allowed to sign in using our mobile service but not via our work Wi-Fi network which does not allow us to sign in using that linked mentioned. Please contact us ASAP.

  That site is hosted at GoDaddy, not WordPress.com. Here help can only be provided for crossroadsmission.wordpress.com Reach out to GoDaddy. If they say the issue is with the wordpress software then you could register and ask for advice at
