Unable to Edit Site or Use Dashboard

HI,
I have not logged in to edit my site in a few months. The site was not live and was working the last time I was working on it.
Today, when I logged in I was unable to edit the site, access my themes, access installed plugins or use the majority of the dashboard.
When I go to pages, I am able to see all of my pages normally. However, when I go to edit them, it redirects me to a live page which I can’t edit. Currently my site is not live so it redirects to the blue ‘Coming Soon’ screen. When I set the website to live it redirects to the Sign up page for my live site.
The same thing happens if I click Astra (my theme), Elementor, ‘Installed plugins’ etc from the dashboard. Every time it redirects me to the blue ‘Coming Soon’ screen or live page depending on how I have that set up.
I am unable to deactivate and delete my plugins because when I try to go to ‘Installed Plugins’ it takes me to the blue page and I’m unable to change anything.
I cleared my cache and it did nothing
