Unable to edit site through "My Site" Menu

    My front page used to have a video that auto played and a gallery of posts. Now both of those disappeared and when I can’t even access the blog post section under “My Site” to replace or fix it or see what happened.

    When I’m in the wp-admin/index section and I go to my Pages, and into “Home” or one of my other pages, “My Work”, they are both empty now.

    If I click on My Site up on the top left corner and go down to Blog Posts, or anything, I get blank pages and a notification that says to check my jetpack settings, and takes me back to wp-index.

    When I try to go to my Purchases or my Profile, I get a notification that says “We couldn’t load our Concierge schedule. Please try again later.”

    When I go to “Contact Us” I get a blank page.

    I am up to date on my account, I have a receipt from a few months ago, but none of that shows up through My Account on wordpress.

    Is it possible you missed the renewal date for your WordPress.com Business Plan

    I see you renewed in April of 2019, but I do not see a renewal of that plan in April of 2020. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    One thing to be aware of is that if the Business plan is allowed to expire, this will remove all plugins or 3rd party themes you have uploaded to your site. This will lead to some pretty big changes in your site, which seems to be the case based on your message here.

    If you add the Business Plan back to your site, does it allow you to reactivate your previous theme and plugins and restore the normal appearance?
