Unable to edit site when logged in

I’m logged into my site, https://cedarpruitt.wordpress.com, but the edit pages just remain light gray and slightly vibrating. When I go to chat I get the same thing, so I can’t ask for help. I’m on Chrome and cleared all my cookies and cache, but it’s still doing it.

Yes, I’ve done all of that and nothing works. Thanks for any offer you can provide. I actually have to update my site soon and am not sure what I’m going to do.

Does anyone at least know how to contact WordPress support if the chat function is grayed out? There’s no number or email, and the form appears gray…

And also, does anyone have an opinion on this advice? Seems extreme considering I have two sites and nothing changed on them since the last time I logged in – it’s just broken on me for no reason.

Well, I’ve just switched browsers and downloaded Safari. No idea why Chrome stopped working for me.

You’ll need a premium plan for chat support, and there’s no phone number for WordPress.
But anytime you have a problem you can post it here so the community and staff will help you.
