Unable To Edit Site – Wrongfully Suspended?

  I had two tabs open of two different pages I was trying to edit on one site. On one tab, I ended up trashing a page, but then decided to reopen it. I refreshed the page but it never appeared in the published list and didn’t appear in the trashed list. I went to my second tab and went to search for the page but it was the same deal.

  I went back to the first tab again and refreshed, and my page lists are now bugged – it only showed the homepage but it kept disappearing and reappearing several times a second, and there was one draft page counter but no actual draft available to edit.

  I decided to try and log out and log in to see if it would fix the issue, but now I can’t even edit the site – it says I don’t have high enough permission or the page I requested doesn’t exist when I try to use the ‘edit site’ and ‘add page’ quick links from the site dashboard (respectively). I try to view the site to see if it saved anything, but it only links to a page that says I violated the Terms of Services. I followed the link that said ‘message in your dashboard’ to contact folks for support, which I did, but I also wanted to write here in hopes of getting this resolved as soon as possible.

  I know I have fonts and themes that are premium, but I only have a free account. I am a college student trying to get a prototype site up, I don’t actually need the website to be publicly available. I’ve just been working with the fonts and themes because WordPress said I could work with it in the site preview and I wanted it to look nice for my final presentation. I also looked at the ‘User Guidelines’ to ensure I wasn’t violating any rules there, and the site doesn’t. Any help or suggestions are appreciated, thank you in advance!

  As you’ve already contacted the WordPress.com Trust&Safety Team directly, please be patient for them to reply as we can’t help with site suspensions in these public forums.
