Unable to edit the CONTACT US page

    Hi There, I have been trying to amend the company’s address by editing the CONTACT US page on our site.
    What I did was going to Pages and clicking ‘Edit’ under the Contact us page.
    As soon as I do that I see a page saying: 
    ‘This page is having a problem loading
    We tried to load this page for you a few times, but there is still a problem with this site. We know you have better things to do than to watch this page reload over and over again so try coming back to this page later.’

    I have been trying editing this page several times since last month but I always had this issue. Any idea of how to fix the problem?

    Thank you, Beatrice. It seems that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
