Unable to Edit Website that I Created a While Ago

    I created a website using WordPress and when I log back into WordPress I don’t see the site or plug-ins that I originally installed. The website is still active and loads when I type it in, but I’m not sure how to proceed with editing it. Please help. Do I need to reinstall some things?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @aliysashareef WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • theahliagency.wordpress.com

    That site is under our free plan so it is not possible to add plugins to that site. As well it still has it’s demo content and appears to be unused. Is it possible you are referring to a site you created under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
