unable to embed parameters for youtube video

  Hi,
  at http://otlabs.wordpress.com/2009/10/08/first-squad-anime-ruso/ I would like to publish YouTube video with some parameters:

  I would like to pass following string of parameters – &hl=es&fs=1&w=480&h=385&rel=0&hd=1, so typed in – [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FspoK_5rtSU&hl=es&fs=1&w=480&h=385&rel=0&hd=1]

  If I save my post each occurrence of “&” will be changed to “&amp” and if I look at my post’s page sources I will see something like that:

  <param name=’movie’ value=’http://www.youtube.com/v/FspoK_5rtSU&rel=0&fs=1&showsearch=0&hd=1′ /> <param name=’allowfullscreen’ value=’true’ />

  (look for & sequences).

  As a result the video width, height, hi-definition flag, language help flag are not applied.

  Any suggestions on how to achieve parameter integration?

  each “&” is represented by & # 0 3 8 ;
