It looks like the code from Tweetdeck contains javascript, which is not possible to use on WordPress.com free plans.

It is possible to embed a Tweet from the source, with the Twitter block: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/twitter-block/
What is it from Tweetdeck you’re looking to embed exactly? Perhaps I can point you in the right direction.

Thank you for the guidance. The material that I wish to add, as an embed from Tweetdeck, is a collection of tweets. The code provided by tweetdeck appears as a link but not an embed. I had even tried using the short code option, using the ID of the twitter collection. Even that did not work. It would be nice to have this feature enabled.

We do not have support for Tweetdeck’s embeds by default so it is not possible to embed that under your free site.
You can however upgrade to our Business Plan, which will move your site to our business hosting infrastructure, which will give you the ability to upload any plugin or theme “designed for WordPress” as well as edit the source code of your site and use 3rd party embed codes such as the one you are referring to.
However, as mentioned above, you can embed directly from Twitter without an upgrade: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/twitter-block/
