Unable to enter password protected pages in IE

  Hi!

  I and some of my blog-users are unable to enter password protected pages when using IE. But it’s possible when using Firefox and Chrome.

  Are others experiencing same problems and is there a way to solve it?

  It should be possible to enter password protected pages in IE since it’s afterall the most used browser – like it or not :o)

  Exactly which versions of IE are causing this issue? Have these people tried clearing their browser cache and cookies? IE browsers are prblematic and they have not been the most used browsers for a long time now. The top browsers being used are found here and they are Firefox and Chrome.

  Thanks for letting us know that it worked. I have my browser set up to clear my browser cache and cookies every time I log off the internet. Happy blogging! :)
