Unable to enter valid VAT details

    Hello,

    I am trying to enter my company VAT details in the billing section, but the system shows the error ‘Your VAT details are not valid’.

    Here are my company details:

    Organization: ALICANTE SUISSE REAL ESTATE S.L.

    VAT ID / CIF: ESB54790936

    Address: Calle Callosa del Segura 10, Ent. Izq., 03005 Alicante, Spain

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi,

    I took a look, and it seems your site is self-hosted with WordPress.org, not hosted here on WordPress.com.

    Since billing and VAT validation are handled directly by the hosting provider or service where your plan was purchased, this isn’t something we can manage from WordPress.com.

    I’d recommend contacting your host’s support team directly so they can check your VAT details and help you get this resolved.
