Unable to export

  I tried to export my blog via going to Dashboard -> Manage -> Export option. But the XML file is not getting generated itself. How to resolve that ? is it my account specific issue or everyone facing that ?

  Sorry I can’t help vijaykmehta, but I just came here to report the same thing. I downloaded a file which arrived as ‘WordPress eXtended RSS.WXR’, but when I tried to import it got a message to the effect that it wasn’t a recognisable WXR file. I figured I must be doing something wrong!

  So that’s two of us who will be watching this thread with interest.
