Unable to export blog files for backup.

Unable to export blog files. I get a message saying WordPress App is unavailable.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I was able to successfully export your blog from your Dashboard here:

Can you give this another try and let me know if you experience the same error?

That is what I used and I am still not able to export all content.
In Chrome, I get: WP APP is unreachable
In Firefox, I get a very long message:
Firefox can’t find the file at https://bookchatterandotherstuff.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File.

Hi there,
It looks like the size of your blog may be causing the exporter to time out. I went ahead and exported the file and sent it through private email to the address on file for your account. Please let me know if you receive it!

Thank you for sending me the files. I did get them. I used to be able to run the back-up myself. My blog is really not that large compared to others. Is this something that will be addressed down the line or will I always need to request a back-up through support?

Hi Tina,
Well, first, I’d like to point out that you shouldn’t need to continually export your blog for a back-up. We keep multiple back-ups on file so even if something drastic were to happen, we have a copy of your blog saved for you.
Your blog is pretty large (particularly the 21k comments!). Going forward, you’ll need to request a back-up through support when necessary. But, as I mentioned above, if it’s just in case of emergency, you shouldn’t need to backup your blog manually with exports!
