Unable to figure out vodpod / widget feature

  I’ve been trying without success for the last couple of days to use vodpod for the first time to incorporate a few sports news widgets into the sidebar(s) at my site. For instance, I am unable to get the ESPN news update to run correctly in the sidebar.

  With vodpod, I AM able to get the widget (and other videos as well) to show up properly in posts. However, when I copy the code from the post into a Text widget in a sidebar, I do not see the widget the way it appears in the post. Instead, I get only some code and links to the widget and vodpod.

  Is there a trick as to what part of the code I should copy from my post into a Text widget in order to get the ESPN widget (for example) to run properly in the sidebar.

  Thanks for responding. For some reason, I’m just not following the instructions. It’s possible I’m thinking that the feature does something it doesn’t really do. Below is the code from the ESPN widget I am trying to run in a sidebar of my blog, with no success. Thanks again for any help.
