Unable to find a free theme in which I can nest pages

  I am searching for a free theme in which I can nest pages. Can you help?

  Hi there,

  Do you mean that you’d like to have one page with subpages nested underneath it? You can actually do that with any of our themes. :) There are a couple ways you can create subpages like that:

  You can use the Page Attributes module (when creating or editing a page) to see a parent page for the page you’re working on. That will turn it into a subpage of that parent page. This works for any theme.

  Alternately, with themes that support Custom Menus, you can nest pages within your menu to create submenus with the subpages in them.

  Thanks for the response but it isn’t of much help.
  All I see are two fillable fields – ‘Template’ and ‘Order’. There is no provision for creating a ‘parent’.

  What you have shown on your webpage – http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-attributes/ … does not appear on my site when I click on ‘add page’. That ‘parent’ field is missing. If there is a way, I could send you a screen-grab to show you what I am seeing.

  Hm, that’s odd. A screenshot would definitely help with this. You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.
