Unable to find address change option

  When I created my blog it specifically said I could change the address later. I now cannot find this option. I chose a default at the time because I hadn’t settled on a name, and I will not continue using wordpress if I’m unable to change it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If what you want to do is change the blog address ie. the URL this option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. If you want to redirect traffic to the new blog, you can keep the address and purchase the Site Redirect upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you want to change themes on a free hosted WordPress.com blog you must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog. Note that no content is ever lost when changing themes.

  Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
  browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate”
  or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
  click the “activate” link when it appears

  After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

  I have no interest in keeping the original default url. Can you please give me the link to change it? I don’t need to change my theme and I’m not spending money for it.

  I don’t need to change my theme and I’m not spending money for it.

  There are 155 free themes for free hosted WordPress.com blogs here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/free/
