unable to find link to transfer to another registrar

    Hi, I am trying to recover the EPP code.
    After following the suggested steps I get to a transfer page but there is no option to Transfer to another registrar and the Chat button is coming up with an error.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    We can only help if your domain is registered by wordpress.com aka Automattic. So first things first: what is the URL of your site?
