  Hi, I have a domain registered and a site that is currently paid and running however I am unable to find it and edit it.
  please advise. thank you

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  I am thinking I may have created my site under (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I am not able to log in either. How can I recover my account and edit my website?

  I checked my bank account and indeed I have two charges on 12/24/2019 (authorized 12/23) and 12/30/2019 (authorized 12/27) they both say HTTPSWORDPRES CA.
