    Hi there,

    I believe you wish to manage your already purchased custom domain.
    The custom domain can be maintained from the login account provided by your host.

    If you have purchased domain and want to access through WordPress.com account then you need to install Jetpack plugin. Via jetpack you can manage your site with WordPress.com account.

    If you have purchase a custom domain from WordPress.com and can’t see it in My Sites then add modlook tag in side bar to get staff assistance.

    If I have failed to understand your issue then correct me and elaborate what you wish to achieve? Also, provide the custom domain name (URL) of site you need help with.

    There are no custom domains owned by the account you are logged in to. Can you confirm which domain you need to access to?
