Unable to find or edit page on site
-
I recently created a website for a new business. I used the block editor for the first time and made a three-column page that I really liked. However, it does not show up in my Pages, nor can I find it in Editor, Customize, etc.
The interesting thing is, when I decided it might be best to start over and create a new page, when I hit preview on that page, it brought me to the page I created the other day. But when I try to edit page or edit site from there, I receive an error of “Page list: Cannot Retrieve Pages”
What can I do? And if all is lost I’m okay with starting over, but I really want a three-column one-page website for now – logo on the left, two columns of heading and paragraph, and then a form at the bottom of the third column. If anyone can help me figure out how to easily make that and not run into this issue I would be very grateful! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out.
This site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, mainly because we don’t have access to the site to advise on the content.
If it were hosted with WordPress.com, we’d be able to take a look at what’s happening there.

To make a suggestion, it’s possible to make a free website on WordPess.com, and then ready it’s possible to connect the site domain to the installation: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
Is there a website out there you’re looking to emulate? Perhaps I can offer some advice on what to do next.
Alternatively, it’s possible to move the site that’s already created to WordPress.com where we can take a look.
It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
I hope this helps so far.

Thanks so much! I will look into those options.
This is what the page I was building looked like – I can’t find any templates quite like this. I want a basic main page for now and then I will use the blog section as well. As the business grows, I’ll likely add more.

That should be doable here! Do you want to start with a free site and see if you can get it? You could probably even just go to your “Code View” option under the three dots at the top right; copy that, and paste it into a blank page, but you’d need to replace the image.
You can start a new free site here for it:
https://wordpress.com/start/Either use one of the templates we’ve got, or copy and and paste what you have so far. Again just be sure to update the image :)
Then update us with what you’ve got if you’re still having trouble. If it doesn’t work out, you can delete it. If it does, you’d be welcome to connect the domain here.
