Unable to find Post in the Poetry Category?

I recently placed a post in the poetry section today and initially it was in the category and when I went to view the section again – found my post no longer there. This also applied yesterday too.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

The posts appear on the wordpress.com tag pages in accord with their date/timestamps. As there are many bloggers here the most recent posts in the poetry category could now be appearing above yours. Is this the case?

Hello Timethief – my post is no longer visible at all. This also applied to a post I placed in the same category yesterday. It initially appears and then when I check back later it is no longer there.
I scan back several hours = and no trace?
Just a thought – could it be due to my having edited the post?
Any guidance please as to what I am doing wrong.

Provided that you assigned the category “poetry” to the posts you should be able to find them on the wordpress.com tag pages. If you can’t locate them on the tag pages then you will have to report this to staff during support hours http://wordpress.com/contact-support/
I can find them doing a Google blog search http://www.google.ca/blogsearch?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=site%3Aphilosophyoflife.wordpress.com&btnG=Search+Blogs
