Unable to find the post tab

  I am unable to find the post tab, as well as the links tab and many others. On the upper left column of the home page all I see is

  Comments I’ve made
  Readomatic
  Site Stats
  My Blogs
  Blogs I follow
  Connections

  Has wordpress undergone a revamping or is this only on my end. My other wordpress blog has not undergone this change.
