  Hello,

  Can you please share your site’s address?

  There are two ways to access the WP Admin on your WordPress.com site.

  You can find WP-Admin at the end of the list of settings under My Sites.

  OR

  You can add /wp-admin to the end of your site’s URL (for example: example.wordpress.com/wp-admin)

  Also, I would like you to know that these forums are for WordPress.com sites.
  If your site is using the WordPress.org software you can ask for help here:
