Unable to "Follow" blogs that require email address

  To follow another blog that reuires an email address, I use the email address associated with my own WordPress blog, as shown under “Personal Settings”, “Account Details”.

  I am directed to another page that displays the following message:

  “Your subscription did not succeed, please try again with a valid email address.”

  I’ve tried following three separate blogs this week that require this method and received this message each time.

  Am I missing something?
