Unable to follow other blogs

  Hello,
  Recently I have been following a number of blog. I guess thats why now blog is blocked now can you please let me know the following rules. I mean how much account should we follow and other aspects.
  Please help me unblocking my followings.

  Following and Liking are actions meant for reading sites and posts relevant to your interests not for generating traffic to your own sites.

  Hi soulspeaksbetter,

  Your Reader has stopped functioning properly due to the number of sites you have been following. Therefore, the follow feature has been disabled for your account and we cannot enable it again.

  The Reader is intended for following posts on a reasonable number of sites — not for showing approval, promotion of your sites, or anything on the scale of what you have been using it for.

  So is there any other way from which it can be enabled again!
  As I will be unfollowing most of the inactive accounts.
  Please give me a solution.

  Hi soulspeaksbetter,

  Unfollowing won’t make any difference in this case as you have already followed the sites. As I mentioned, it won’t be possible to re-enable the follow feature on your account.
