I requested a refund for a custom design several times within 30 days of purchase and the system would not permit it. Why not? It is too late now, but I would like to know why the system would not refund it to me so I do not make the same mistake again. The custom design was for a premium theme that I had just bought. I canceled the theme before requesting the refund for the custom design. Is that why the system refused to refund?

Can you let me know when you requested that Custom Design refund? It looks like the upgrade was originally purchased on 8/10/14, which means it was eligible for a refund until 9/10/14. refunding the theme shouldn’t have affected your ability to refund the upgrade.

Hi Jeremey. I did not keep a record since everything was done online and the system ignored my request. But I requested the refund three times in the 24 hours following the cancellation of the custom theme that the custom design was purchased for. Then I tried again on 8/8 and 8/9, I believe. Perhaps you can pinpoint the date of my first efforts by the date that I cancelled the custom theme. I think it was Port.
