Unable to get access – Godaddy & HostGator could not help..

Good day.
bought a domain of godaddy, moved it to design on hostgator/wordpress
emails stopped working. Unable to get access to email account, kept trying ‘Forget Password’ Both techs from host gator and Godaddy said this is a word press issue. im just trying to design my site today. Any help would be graciously appreciated. -

Email issues would not have anything to do with wordpress. We’d like to take another look at the situation. Can you provide your package ID or an invoice number or something else like that so we can find your account and help? Thanks so much.

@sarapolished, please do not provide any private account information to anyone in this forum. This forum is public, and any information you post here is visible to anyone with access to the internet. If you have a support ticket ID from your existing interactions with HostGator support, I’m sure @hgcustomeradvocate would be able to use that instead.
