Unable to get access to my account

  I bought a paid account on 12/29/24. I got busy and was unable to verify it or do anything with it until now. I tried logging in and they told me that they couldn’t find my account so I tried going through the account recovery but they didn’t send me any of the information that I can use for that. The AI assistant was no help whatsoever. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

  As you have a paid plan, you must use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account that made the purchase. You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
