Unable to get back into site

    I can’t get into my wordpress dashboard or website anymore, eveytime I click on any link related to my website, things download like php files. I have disabled new plugins I’ve added and cleared my cache. Bluehost is my domain provider and I tried to go in through that account, but still nothing opens, other then files are downloading onto my computer.
